This bike is going to be dame sick when built up.

I just acquired one of these bicycles. Do you know what year it is from and how much they’re worth. Also, I know nothing about bikes. Would you recommend spray painting? Any help would be awesome.

Not too sure what they are worth, pretty much worth what someone will pay for them and what condition they are in.
    They’re mid 70s I think.

As for painting – Depends on the quality you want. A lot of people say that powder coating gives a harder wearing finish but you cannot get pearl or metallic finishes like you can with spray paint…
Powder coating will cost about $120 nzd for the frame and forks, including removal of original paint. If you paint it at home with spray paint, use a good quality spray and make sure you use primer. A professional spray painter can also use harder wearing paint which would last longer.

Very similar to the bike I bought brand new in NZ in 1964 for 33 pounds 10 shillings and sixpence. Mine had racing handle bars.
